Is there a minimum amount of pieces per order? There is a minimum order of 12 units for screenprinted garments, due to costs involved in the initial screen setup. We also provide solutions for those customers who need a quantity less than 12.

When can I expect to receive my order? Our average turnaround time is 7-10 business days, from receipt of deposit and our approvals.

I really need to receive my order asap. Can you rush my order? Yes, we can usually rush an order if we can fit it into our production schedule, depending on the scale of the project. We may need to charge an additional fee to rush your order.

I have a t-shirt idea, but no design. Can you design it for me? Absolutely, please see our design section here. From basic vectorizing, all the way through to conception, our design team can bring your t-shirt project to completion.

I need printed garments for a sports team. What can you offer? We offer many solutions for different sports, from basic warm-up apparel through to full team jerseys in hockey, soccer, volleyball, baseball, and many other sports. We offer a range of solutions from budget apparel all the way to high-end, semi-pro, and pro sportswear.

I only have a JPEG/PNG/GIF of my design. Can you use that? Technically, all files need to be submitted ready-for-screenprinting ie. each color separated into different layers. If your graphic design company is unfamiliar with the required format, our design team is always at your service. Please contact us for more information.

Can I order my design in multiple styles and/or colors? Technically, yes. If your screenprint or embroidery design is exactly the same, it can be applied to numerous different items. If there is a change in the design, this would constitute a new print job. Contact us for more details.

Do I get a price break as my t-shirt order becomes larger? Yes, low volume orders cost more than larger production runs. We try to be fair in our pricing for both small and larger orders.
